[Asterisk-video] mcuWeb working

Hi,

The mcuWeb is finally working ( tested with MOSAIC 2x2, QCIF, Medium Quality
 screen shot attached).

As said in the mailing list, it work with Mirial softphone, X-Lite gives
segmentation fault.
I was able to change the positions from the web interface.

The only thing is that you have to open the url http://<ip>/mcuWeb in the
same box where you run the vmware image.

Will have to try more options in the interface and do more testing.
