[Asterisk-video] h324m video with h263 codec problem

Hi,

Im trying to make incoming h324m video calls works with h263 codec (on Sangoma E1). The picture from softphone is sended to mobile (h263 video) but I still have "RTP Unknown" in wireshark for UDP packets from mobile. I made it works with h263p (h263-1998) codec, but I must use h263 (1996 version) for various reasons. 
I tried to use app_transcoder but i found that its not suitable for this.
Have you any idea?
