[Asterisk-video] app transcoder and mp4_play

Just download development files for libavcodec and libswscale and follow
procedure to compile an astreisk module.
then install it in /etc/asterisk/modules.
It is pretty straight forward.
Obviuosly you need to change the dialplan to suit your needs with app
transcoder.
