[Asterisk-video] H264

Hi guys,

Somebody knows how to transcode video from h263 to h264 asterisk formats?
Please help me, I was trying to use all free programs and codecs 
(gstreamer, ffasterisk, vlc...) but no one work.

Suggestions or hints are welcome!
