[Asterisk-video] Segmentation fault crashes asterisk

I have experienced  crashes in mp4_play in cases where rtp payload is larger
than 1400 (or 1450 I don't remember) bytes. My work around was to re-encode
using the hint flag to indicate smaller payloads.

I never had problems with the the samples provided by Sergio and i6net.
