[Asterisk-video] asterisk startup problems with latest app_h324m

Hi Klaus,

Yes, there are API changes from 1.4 to 1.6, but I did made some 
conditional code to adress that.
What I don't know is if there have been any API changes in the latest 
1.6.0.6 from previous 1.6 versions.
