[Asterisk-video] transferring video calls

Hi,

I'm using lib_h324m as a gateway between 3G and SIP.
Is there any way to transfer video calls made from 3G to SIP. I tried having
my client send a SIP-REFER, but it seems that Asterisk is not able to
transfer calls with Local channels.
