[Asterisk-video] asterisk startup problems with latest app_h324m

Hi, I found the same problem on Asterisk 1.6.0.1 and app_h324m.c from
svn revision 241. The line that is causing the segfault is 1560 

ast_cli_register(&cli_debug);

Dont know what it does, but it commenting it seems to work.
