[Asterisk-video] XLite -> 3G handset = slow motion video

Hi,
I've tested the points 2 and 3 with goods, but no perfects, results.
Once I specified the network manually (Options -> Advanced -> ....-> Cable,
DSL) the result improved a lot: if before I got a good audio but slow motion
video in XLite->3G direction (what made the sincronization worse and worse
with each second...), now I get
normal video but with a bit delay from the audio (a couple of seconds, more
and less), a delay that remains constant.
Then I applied the patch solution, the one that lets you to especify a
maxbitrate_h263p, but this patch didn't look to improve the results, even
with a maxbitrate_h263p=30...
Any other ideas to get "perfect" sincronization...?
Thanks a lot anyway...
