[Asterisk-video] Voicemail and Video Unsynchronized - GXV3000 - Asterisk 1.4x

Hi,

I've configured a couple of GXV3000 with asterisk 1.4x which are using 
h264 codec. All works fine except when I leave a message in voicemail, 
video and audio are unsynchronized, video is going much faster than 
audio. How can I fix it ?
