[Asterisk-video] Installing mcuweb

Hi Gunnar

I've just released a pacakage in the sourceforge project page for the 
distribution file of the mcuWeb in the latest subversion revision.

https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=236025&package_id=286694

You can install in sailfin it without needing to compile anything.
