[Asterisk-video] how to configure a videoconference call?

You can try a fork of the appconference too (konference) :

http://appkonference.svn.sourceforge.net/

I am checking this project if it is more stable (they tell that they 
have done some corrections, and it compile with Asterisk 1.6).
