[Asterisk-video] crash in app_mp4.c when using mp4save

Hi,

I had a couple crashes today using mp4save. I'm using Asterisk 1.4.24.1 and
app_mp4 r239.

I traced the problem to calls to the following function with samples = 0.
static void mp4_rtp_write_video_frame(mp4track *t, int samples)

The crash was inside the mp4 library code.

Does it make sense to write a video frame with 0 samples in the first place?
