[Asterisk-video] 3g call failed

Take a look at the outgoing SETUP message. Does it signal the call as
"unrestricted digital ..." in bearer information? If no, I guess the PBX
thinks this is an audio call and applies transcoding which breaks h324m.
Try to set "digital" with the CHANNEL(transfercapability) function.
