eyeBeam, X-Lite and Bria have a very bad video resolution.
It looks like QCIF (?).

An other one is Kapanga, but it is not able to display fullscreen video
(the video windows can't be resized too) and has also a poor resolution.

Do you know anything else worth of trying?

I can't imagine, that there are only two vendors of SIP-Softphones with
SRTP....
