[Asterisk-video] Develop Video Call Application

Hi.

Iam new with video call, but i have interest with video call from asterisk
feature, please give reference for my requirement:

1. I want to develop Video Call with Asterisk as Server, what need to learn
and where link for newbie
2. we use Borland Delphi for Develop this application.
3. thereis example for Delphi/VB VB.NET C# for me?
