[Asterisk-video] Is it automatically possible to disable upstream video in 3G call?

Hi,

I'm using asterisk 1.4.19 with libh324M.
I'd like to know if it is possible to automatically disable the upstream
video (video sent from the 3G device).

I've tried modifying the capability negotiation code and remove to the
capability to receive video, however that causes the call to drop
immediately. I believe that is reasonable behavior of the 3G phone since
being able to receive video is mandatory.
