I suspected it... So, I want to connect my Asterisk to a proxy server to
make the 3G calls. Is this work?
For example, Bob makes a visio call whith Alice on her mobile phone :
Bob sip client ==> Asterisk (registered to a proxy server) ==> proxy server
==> Cisco Gateway ==> ISDN line
Thanks.

So do you want to use your mobile as a modem to make 3G calls? It is almost
impossible, because AIK any mobile can forward or receive 3G-324M frame via
USB port when you make an videocall. During the call you can use USB
connection to the mobile
only to send or receive AT commands; you can send data only if you use
the phone
as modem to connect to an Internet Provider (ATD*99#).
