[Asterisk-video] Errors during libh324m installation

I have installed ptlib-dev. Thank you. But, when I try to compil the
libh324m, I have a lot of errors about the type "BOOL" (do not name a type)
used in H245.h at several lines (for example, at line 67).

Install ptlib-dev, at least in debian is the correct package.

	when you install the ptlib by default it goes under
	/usr/local/share/pwlib so you should just copy that dir to
/usr/share
