[Asterisk-video] lip sync issues with mp4_play

Be careful with the bandwidth...
If you send too much video datas (the audio is prioritized) so you can 
have an unsynchronized rendering throw h324m.
Try with a SIP Video call first to validate your content.
(try with the test contents in www.i6net.com).
