[Asterisk-video] building mpeg4ip

Hi,

In order to use app_mp4 I understand I need to download and compile mpeg4ip.

mpeg4ip has a very long of dependencies in order to build with full
functionality, are all these (listed below) really necessary?

NASM
ffmpeg
xvidcore
libmpeg2
libid3 <http://tangent.org/index.pl?node=libID3>
iba52 <http://liba52.sourceforge.net/>
faad2 <http://www.audiocoding.com/>
faac
lame
twolame
xvid
x264
libSRTP
