I've just commited some changes in MediaMixer and update the mcuWeb binary to the latest svn version.
Could you check it and see if it still happens?

[h263 @ 0xb7e30610]vbv buffer overflow
And the mixed video has many problems. (see attach)
Are these known bugs?
I'll try other codecs...
