Hi Cris,

If you 're looking for a 3G videocall (UMTS) to SIP gateway you can 
built it with Asterisk adn the H324M stack and apps in:
http://sip.fontventa.com/

You can use a BRI ISDN line and a HFC card (i.e. Conceptronics for 20EUR).
