[Asterisk-video] dialing to mcuWeb

Solved, partially.
I modified the code to scream when a parameter at SetVideoCodec is
null and found I was missing codecs.

Now MCU is logging this error:
[30280]RecVideoThread [30280]
[30280]>RecVideo
[30280]Silence
[30280]Error recv video [0]

[30280]Error recv video [0]
