[Asterisk-video] patch for asterisk-1.4.18?

Hi all!
I have a question: is the patch for negotiation (http://download.ives.fr/opensource/asterisk/videocodec_nego_fix_ast-1.4.13.patch.gz) requiredd also in asterisk-1.4.18? Patching --dry-run the result is a lot of "failed"... Or maybe there is an updated version of the patch...
Could you help me? Thanks!
