[Asterisk-video] pcm2mp4 (for adding)

Hi Sergio,

Here the diff file.

I have added the alaw and ulaw codecs based on the extension of the raw 
file (.mulaw or .alaw).
This allows to generate compatible contents to the Video/3G and 
Audio/Isdn without using the AMR transcoding.
