[Asterisk-video] pcm2mp4 (for adding)

Hi alls,

I have added some new features :

The tool can now ADD an ulaw or an alaw track.
The standard version overwrite or create a file.
With this modifications, you can complete the 3GP files by adding 
ulaw/alaw audio tracks.
If the destination file not exists, it will create it.
