[Asterisk-video] Can't get video calling to work.

What version of asterisk do I have to have in order to support video?

I've got Asterisk version 1.4.0.b2 and all of the codecs are showing up.  I've 
included supportvideo=yes in my [general] section and I've allowed h261, h263 
and h263p.

Am I missing something obvious?
