[Asterisk-video] video for first time

For making videocalls between SIP clients you can use Asterisk without 
any patches. Just use xlite as client and enable video in sip.conf.

For making videocalls to 3G handsets or playing back mp4 files you need 
the applications and patches from sip.fontventa.com and some patches 
from asterisk bug tracker. Start reading here:
