[Asterisk-video] Video transfer from h324m to h324m

Hi alls,

Can I transfer a h324m incomming call to an outgoing call after after a video
iteraction.

Example :

A : call the Asterisk with a 3G phone
IVR : (answer)
IVR : (enable h324m stack)
IVR : Welcome
IVR : press 1 to be transfered
A : (press 1)
IVR : (dialout to B)
B : (answer)
IVR : (enable h324m stack)
IVR : (joint the 2 users)
A & B : audio and video interactions


Can I make it with a dialplan script ?
