Hello Sergio,

We use the Digium TE410P.
With my N80 every call is setup ok, with some N95's from collegues i
find problems, i'll summarize below:

A N95 with software version 12.0.013 doesn't complete the app_h324m_gw
call, logging is:
[Feb 11 14:12:31] DEBUG[17953]: app_h324m.c:813 app_h324m_gw: H324M
changed state 1
[Feb 11 14:12:31] DEBUG[13133]: devicestate.c:287 do_state_change:

After this, there comes no additional logging until we hangup from the
phone.

Another N95 with software version 20.0.015 the app_h324m_gw call goes
ok, mp4play plays movies, but so once in a while i have a black screen
and only audio is played correctly. Unfortunately this phone is
simlocked, so i cannot test with other sims from different operators.

At the moment i am not a experienced asterisk architecture guru, but
from logging we may conclude that the changing of the state of the
channel from 1 to 2 is received into asterisk code isn't it? Could it be
that this change of state isn't (always) correclty handled by libh324m?

Regards,
Joost

Which ISDN card are you using? Do you experience this problem with other
mobile phones also?

Subject: [Asterisk-video] Nokia N95 call setup problems

Hello,

I did some tests with the Nokia N95 this morning, and experienced that
in about 20% of the cases the call setup is not fully completed and
asterisk doesn't continue in the dialplan.

The last logging i see is:
[Feb 7 09:52:36] DEBUG[30519]: app_h324m.c:1263 app_h324m_gw_answer:
>h324m_gw_answer
[Feb 7 09:52:36] DEBUG[30516]: app_h324m.c:813 app_h324m_gw: H324M
changed state 1

After this output on asterisk CLI there comes no logging further. The
phone states something like: "establishing connection". There comes no
change in this situation untul you hang up the phone.

In the cases the connection is established and video's are played to the
phone, this point in te call setup continues with logging:
[Feb 7 09:54:16] DEBUG[30561]: app_h324m.c:1263 app_h324m_gw_answer:
>h324m_gw_answer
[Feb 7 09:54:16] DEBUG[30558]: app_h324m.c:813 app_h324m_gw: H324M
changed state 1 [Feb 7 09:54:18] DEBUG[30558]: app_h324m.c:813
app_h324m_gw: H324M changed state 3 [Feb 7 09:54:18] DEBUG[30558]:
app_h324m.c:819 app_h324m_gw: Connected, sending VIDUPDATE [Feb 7
09:54:18] DEBUG[30561]: app_h324m.c:1300 app_h324m_gw_answer:
<h324m_gw_answer on VIDUPDATE

I am trying to find out what goes wrong, does anybody experience the
same problem with the N95 and has someone already investigated it?

Joost
