[Asterisk-video] SIP to 3G and 3G to SIP

All,
 Does anyone has tested SIP to 3G and 3G to SIP calls using Asterisk. Please provide me the dialplans for both. I am able to place Inbound and outbound calls successfully but not from SIP to 3G or viceversa. I am using Bria phone to test this

Here is my dialplan from SIP to 3G

exten => 222,1,Set(CHANNEL(transfercapability)=VIDEO)
exten => 222,2,h324m_call(dicell at tomobile)
exten => dialcell,1,Set(CHANNEL(transfercapability)=VIDEO)
exten => dialcell,n,NoOp(transfer=${CHANNEL(transfercapability)})
exten => dialcell,n,Set(CHANNEL(userinformationlayer1)=38)
exten => dialcell,n,NoOp(ul1=${CHANNEL(userinformationlayer1)})
exten => dialcell,n,Dial(Zap/1/07XXXXXXXXX)
exten => dialcell,n,Hangup()
