[Asterisk-video] MPEG4-2 support plan

Hi

I can see there is some discussion about MPEG4 integration but none of them
were conclusive. So, my question is

1- Is there a plan for that already that I have missed.
2- If there is no plan, is there someone willing to work with me on that.
