Hi Martina,

Here there is a small instruction set for installing both components:

-MediaMixer
Donwload,install and compile xmlrpc-c-1.1
Download latest svn from ffmpeg, enable shared, swscale and gpl in configure, make and install.
Modify config.mk in mcu directory to match your settings (set FLASHSTREAMER to NO), in latest version of ffmpeg they have change the locations of the include files, so you'll have to change "ffmpeg/lavcodec.h" for "avcodec/avcodec.h" in some files, I'll try to upload an updated version tonigth.
Compile :) the ejecutable is in mcu/bin/debug/ run mcu <port>

-mcuWeb
It's a sailfin application, so you need to install latest sailfin server and jdk-1.5.12
https://sailfin.dev.java.net/downloads/v1-b29.html
Once installed enter in the web admin and deploy the mcuWeb.ear build available on my website (It's an old one, but I'll try to upgrade also to latest svn version so you don't have to compile it).
If you install sailfin on the same machine as asterisk change also the sip listener port in the sailfin web.

Then you'll have to add an sip peer on asterisk and modify the dialplan as it's in my site.

As you'll find problems in the middle of this steps just email me and I'll try to help you.

Best regards
Sergio
