[Asterisk-video] question on data partitioning

not all decoders support data partitioning. You have to check first.

I had a question about the data partitioning mode used in MPEG4, does using
data partitioning improve quality of the stream.  
 
No, on quality there is no influence (talking about bitrate, quantisation,
etc.)
 Is it true of 3G networks that
the received data is more error resilient  
 
yes. 
 and the quality is much better.  
Hm, depends on the understanding.
 If someone has any experience, please highlight.
