In fact I noticed that and I've duplicated the code.
But I need to fill src buf into AVPicture struct
and fill up the data & linesize in the right way.
(seems that's not very straightforward).

but since I'm new to ffmpeg libs I'm still digging into
it  to understand how to fill the struct.
