ok, 

found out.
In asterisk main makefile you have to add X11 libs to AST_LIBS:

# Add library for ffmpeg and SDL lib.
ASTCFLAGS+=`sdl-config --cflags`
AST_LIBS+=-lavcodec -lz -lm `sdl-config --libs` -lX11

that's all.
