[Asterisk-video] RTSP-session is not closed after video is done

Hi all!

When using app_rtsp the rtsp-sessions aren't closed correctly after the
video is done or the channel is hung up.
Although streaming servers normally take care of unused sessions after a
while, this is still a major problem for systems with many users and
short videos (like in a menu structure). In this case the amount of
unused sessions can easily add up to several thousand while only a few
hundred sessions are still in use.

I think that solving bug #8 ("app_rtsp not sending receiver reports")
also solves this issue.
