[Asterisk-video] h324m/AMR update

Not so stupid at all - that was my problem. I had only h263 activated. 
Now, with h263+ activated, I have working video in both directions.

But as eyebeam->h324 video worked also with h263, that means that h263 
is compatible with h263+?
