[Asterisk-video] h324m/AMR update

[Klaus Darilion]

I see RTP-video packets from Asterisk to eyebeam, but eyebeam does not 
display video. I have nu glue if the stream is broken or if eyebeam is 
buggy. Any hints to debug this? Does somebody know another SIP 
videophone for windows?
