[Asterisk-video] Logging-Level

Hi!
I managed to disable the H223-logging - but how do i disable logging to
/tmp/h245* and /tmp/media_*?
Recompiling really isn't a problem, though a runtime logging
configuration (like log4j) would be nice of course...
