[Asterisk-video] Good RTSP server

Thanks Sergio.

We will be reading the video stream from the device directly, so the 
special codecs in the mp4 files should not be a problem.

I like the live555 server, because it is very portable, and have been 
tested on the BlackFin processor.

BTW, great job on app_rtsp. Udaman!
