[Asterisk-video] Video call-in not working with Asterisk 1.4.13

Hi,

My last working asterisk is 1.4.11.
I tried to upgrade to latest asterisk version.
I did every step from 1.4.11 and applied to 1.4.13.
But still no success. Only call-out works.
H234m Loopback worked.

After target SIP UA send ACK message, asterisk will
reply with BYE.
May be something happened at ZAP channel.

Here are my dialplan:
[from-zaptel]
exten => s,1,h324m_gw(_X. at sipphone)

[sipphone]
exten => _X.,1,h324m_gw_answer()
exten => _X.,2,Dial(SIP/1005 at openser)

I Attached the log file.
Btw * 1.4.12 also didn't work
