[Asterisk-video] Cannot establish a video call

Its not a H245 error.

The call is hangup at PRI level.
Cause is cause #31:  PRI_CAUSE_NORMAL_UNSPECIFIED

I think you have a error in zap.conf or zaptel.conf (hardware conf).
