[Asterisk-video] How to Asterisk Video ?

Hello everyone !!!
I`m new to the list and to the Asterisk world.
I`ve managed to instal Asterisk NOW and setup in local PBX with an AMD
1600 + with 512 RAM and 6,2 GB hard drive. The first task to make an
local VoIP was succesfully done.
Now i have another task.The company manager need to make video calls
inside of the campus and of course from outside but i dont know how to
do it with local asterisk Now setup.

I have looked on google for an How To Video Call.

Can anybody help me with some step by step guide ?

Also our manager want to make some Video Conference with multiple
clients. How can i do this ?
