There is a problem coding video with ffmpeg, it's not easy (I was going to
say that it's impossible, but is just that i still have not found the
correct answer) to encode a video file with a constant bit rate. If you dump
the stat of your coding you'll see that intra frames are much bigger than
the should be.
So they video frames are enqueued on the stack and the resulting framerate
is very variable on the 3G phone. Perhaps N95 complains about it.
Try enconding it at a much lower bitrate to see if you can meak it work, and
also using QT Pro for encoding (the quality is worst but it complains with
the bandwith)

I don't have a N95 availabe, so it would be great if you send me the logs
and dumps of it.

The video indeed has good quality on other handsets (also the audio, which
is good in both cases - N95 and N80).
I attached an mp4 file for you. I used the following to generate it with
ffmpeg:
ffmpeg -y -i intro.avi -ab 12.2k -ac 1 -acodec amr_nb -ar 8000 -vcodec
h263 -r 10 -s qcif -b 44K -pass 1 -passlogfile log /usr/videodemo/intro.mp4
ffmpeg -y -i intro.avi -ab 12.2k -ac 1 -acodec amr_nb -ar 8000 -vcodec
h263 -r 10 -s qcif -b 44K -pass 2 -passlogfile log /usr/videodemo/intro.mp4

Hi,

I gave a look to H223 dumps.
N95 sends again and again an indication never seen before on other
handysets. And for sure libh324m doesn't do nothing when receives it.

At a first sight it seems to me that it is complaining about too slow
frame rate...

If you confirm me that the same video has good quality on other
handysets, I think this is the starting point for investigation.

Anyway...could you send an  mp4 file you are using?
