[Asterisk-video] Test H324M with mp4play

Hi all, 

For my purpose, I find this to get difference between visio call and audio
call

exten =>4XX,1,GotoIf($[ ${TRANSFERCAPABILITY}=DIGITAL]?10:20)
exten =>4XX,10,h324m_gw(s at menu)
exten =>4XX,20,Answer()
exten =>4XX,n,Playback(noaudiocall)
exten =>4XX,n,Hangup()

Hi Klaus, nice to hear from you again.

Yes, I remmeber talking about this topic almost a year ago.
Perhaps now that there is an h324m implementation it's time
to reopen the issue.
