[Asterisk-video] app_transcoder

Dear list,

i have installed both app_rtsp and app_transcoder,  the installation seems working properly. but when i try to make a call from  x-lite client, i  got nothing in x-lite and i got these following lines:

i do rtsp call to public IP (one of axis cameras) and my asterisk is behind NAT and so the x-lite.

please somebody give me solution ? thanks
