[Asterisk-video] Cannot make h324m_gw and mp4save to work (properly)

Hi Stefano,

you underlined some known mp4save issues. Essentially audio must be 
converted in amr mime format from if2 coming from mobile and video has 
timing issues due to rtp packetization.
Anyway we are working on, and I think that a new version will be 
committed on svn soon.
