[Asterisk-video] How to integrate MPEG4Visual/H.264 (MPEG4 part10/AVC) codec into Asterisk

Depends what is the level of support that you expect.

I have a simple patch to enable passthrough support of MPEG4 ES and astersik 1.4.x has already H.264 support. No transcoding through.
